I'm a software engineer from Tirana, Albania. My work is backend-first: AI-agent orchestration, tool calling over MCP, RAG and voice agents in TypeScript and Python, plus the infrastructure and security work it takes to run them in production.

At NextGen Technologies AI I'm a core engineer on a platform where companies build and run their own AI agents. I built the agent that operates the platform by conversation, closed cross-tenant and prompt-injection holes in the agent layer, moved the voice stack off a legacy telephony provider, and lead the team's engineering workflow — from pull-request review to deployments on Kubernetes with AWS ECR and S3. Before that I shipped FastAPI / PostgreSQL services and an internal RAG assistant at a telecom, self-hosted a CRM and mail platform for a consulting firm, and ran IT operations for a 200-person organisation.

Outside work I build trading research tools and voice AI prototypes. BA in Software Engineering (Canadian Institute of Technology, 2024); Ed Donner's AI Engineer Agentic Track certification.
